Motul DOT 5.1 is a 100% synthetic brake fluid with a polyglycol base for all types of hydraulic actuated brake and clutch systems in accordance with DOT 5.1, DOT 4 and DOT 3 manufacturers recommendations. Specially designed for an anti-lock brake system (ABS). Dry boiling point of 516°F (272°C) to brake fade and overheating.
- High boiling point; very stable over time
- Synthetic fluid for hydraulic braking systems
- Non-silicone base with DOT 5.1 rating
- Not to be mixed with DOT 5 fluid
- Compatible with DOT 3 and DOT 4 fluids
