Bulk55 specializes in logistics for bulk shipments including IBC totes and pallets.
Cases & Pails: Shipped via Parcel Carrier UPS or FedEx when possible. May be palletized and shipped LTL for quantities above 4

We ship Monday through Friday exclusing some holidays. Orders placed before 3PM are typically shipped that day. Each product has its shipping location, day and cutoff time displayed on the page updated constantly.

Every attempt will be made to issue your refund promptly.
Unused merchandise can be returned for credit within 30 days. A minimum restock fee of 10% must be charged unless you were shipped the wrong merchandise or an immediate exchange is to be made.
We are not responsible for merchandise shipped incorrectly because ordered wrong.
All returned merchandise must be inspected and authorized before credit will be given. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our criteria and/or returned without a RMA (returned merchandise authorization) will be subject to an additional fee or refusal.
