Does this Cleaner and Mildew Remover have to be cleaned off?

JOMAX® Mold Killer and Deodorizer effectively cleans, disinfects, controls and prevents mold and mildew and kills bacteria on hard, non-porous surfaces such as fiberglass, Formica®, glass, ceramic, metal, plastic, painted surfaces and steel. No rinsing is necessary.

On which surfaces can it be applied?

It is recommended for cleaning vinyl and aluminum siding and trim, painted or stained wood siding, trim, decks, fences, and painted or stained stucco, concrete and other painted or non-painted surfaces.
