Product Overview
MOLYKOTE® D-321 R is a high-performance air-curing dry-film lubricant coating filled with molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) and graphite, designed for metal-to-metal applications with slow to medium movement and high loads. It provides outstanding performance in demanding environments, including high vacuum, extreme temperatures, and difficult sliding or oscillating motion.

Application & Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are clean and degreased before application. Surface pre-treatment such as phosphatizing or sand-blasting (180 grit) improves adhesion and service life. Mix the coating thoroughly and apply by brush or spray. At 23 °C, the film becomes touch-dry in about 5 minutes and fully cures in approximately 2 hours.
