Red Line® 0W40 Motor Oil is a full-synthetic ester/PAO formula. Blended with polyol ester/PAO base stocks that feature natural multi-grade properties, this formulation avoids unnecessary additives that hinder lubricity. High detergency allows extended drain intervals and provides increased cleanliness. Completely compatible with conventional and synthetic motor oils.
- Suitable for VW/Audi 505.00/503.01/ 502.00/500.00, BMW LL-01, water-cooled Porsche A40 and Mercedes-Benz 229.5/229.3 applications
- Used in Dodge Viper and many later Chryslers (MS-10725)
- Better flow at extremely cold temperatures compared to 5W40 and 10W40
