Red Line® 5W40 Motor Oil is a full-synthetic ester/PAO formula. Blended with polyol ester/PAO base stocks that feature natural multi-grade properties, this formulation avoids unnecessary additives that hinder lubricity. High detergency allows extended drain intervals and provides increased cleanliness. Completely compatible with conventional and synthetic motor oils.
- Suitable for VW/Audi 500.00/501.01/ 502.00/505.00/505.01, BMW LL-01, water-cooled Porsche A40 and Mercedes-Benz 229.1/229.3/229.5 applications
- Thicker oil film at operating temperature than a petroleum 20W50
